Forward Deployed Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build 0-to-1 capabilities in the field with customers.
• On-site with users to diagnose pain points.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to scope and deliver 0-to-1 prototypes.
• Build and deliver working, customer-facing prototypes.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback with PMs.
• Full-time role; Arlington, VA or Pittsburgh, PA or Remote; travel up to 50%.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of front-end or back-end dev experience (SQL, Java, and/or TypeScript/React).
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• A burning desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced tech environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
