• Lead Strategic Discovery: Identify high-impact AI opportunities by running hands-on workshops and
• Architect AI-Native Solutions: Design systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, retrieval logic, and
• Accelerate Delivery: Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and iterate functional solutions
• Codify Best Practices: Create reusable frameworks, templates, and modular components.
• Drive Alignment: Influence customer and executive buy-in through storytelling and solution framing.
• Advocate Field Insights: Capture deployment feedback to shape product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering, with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years building production ML/AI systems end to end.
• Hands-on experience with LLM app development: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, prompt engineering
• Evaluation rigor: e.g., eval harnesses and model evaluation metrics.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java; familiarity with React/Angular and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with deployment on cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD basics.
