Forward Deployed Solution Strategist (US)

📋 Description

• Own the strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts, serving as the primary customer
• Lead Quarterly Success Reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements that align customer
• Embed deeply within customer organizations to understand their operational challenges, supply chain
• Partner closely with Sales on joint account planning — shaping renewal strategy, expansion
• Build hands-on in Lyric's platform, Lyric Studio, and where needed, direct small teams of forward
• Surface the voice of the customer to Product, advocating for customer needs and helping prioritize

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy with
• Deep knowledge of supply chain domains with ability to engage in both technical and business-level
• Deep fluency in at least one core domain: Modeling & Analysis, Planning & Execution, or AI
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences; capable of building
• Skilled at identifying expansion opportunities, shaping growth narratives, and providing structured
