Forward Deployment AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered apps, and automation in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Integrate LLMs into client workflows via prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and API integration.
• Design data strategies, pipelines, and architectures for AI use cases.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations linking AI to existing infrastructure.
• Architect and deploy cloud-based AI solutions focused on reliability and scale.
• Collaborate with AI Solutions Consultant and clients to align solutions with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; experience may substitute.
• 3+ years software or AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms: Copilot for Microsoft 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python and API/systems integration development.
• Cloud platform experience.
• Data architecture and pipeline design; SQL experience a plus; able to explain your work to stakeholders.
