Forward Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Work closely with internal teams and customers to deploy, integrate, and operate our software in
• Write, configure, and ship the integrations, data flows, and state machine logic required to make
• Commission, test, and validate solutions in customer environments; diagnose issues at the software
• Own technical outcomes for the, not just the go-live phase, and feed field learnings, reusable
• Coordinate third-party commissioning and installation personnel where needed, while remaining
• Work with operators and stakeholders to define success, demonstrate operational value, and capture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Technology Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical
• Extensive experience deploying and supporting complex software in mission-critical environments
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and network administration
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and time series databases
• The ability to translate operational feedback into concrete changes in software logic
