Forward Deployment Engineer / Support Engineer (Director/Team Lead) Coach

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in forward deployment or support engineering with team leadership.
• Led teams through hypergrowth or startup-to-scale; built functions.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with customers.
• Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup; remote-friendly.
• Willingness to join ICF-certified coach training and earn CCEUs; 12+ hours/month.
• Coaching certifications valued but not required.
