📋 Description

• Act as strategic partner to the CEO to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare investor/board reports: metrics, product updates, hiring.
• Maintain investor CRM; ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
• Support prep/coordination of board meetings and investor updates.
• Lead or support cross-departmental projects to boost growth and ops.
• Build and optimize internal systems for OKR tracking and visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of VC/fintech startup experience.
• Hands-on, get things done attitude.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; bridge between departments.
• Hands-on, proactive; comfortable switching between finance, product, and admin topics.
• Highly organized with project management for investor outreach.
• Take initiative; balance trade-offs with creative solutions.
