🎯 Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in corporate health programs (SST preferred).
• Founder/GM experience with P&L ownership.
• Track record modernizing analog/process-heavy ops.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and fluency with AI agents.
• Advanced English; daily collaboration with BR/US/EU stakeholders.
• Bias to ship and iterate in ambiguity.
