📋 Description

  • Translate founder priorities into actionable project plans.
  • Develop project timelines with owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Track progress across initiatives; avoid constant founder follow-up.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Serve as central coordinator across departments and maintain accountability.
  • Lead recurring project and accountability meetings with progress updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations, PM, Business Ops, or Exec Support.
  • Amazon eCommerce experience; Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong cross-functional project coordination and prioritization.
  • Excellent documentation and SOP development; strong English communication.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Amazon Seller Central, ChatGPT, Claude and AI tools.
  • Experience supporting founders or executive leadership is highly preferred.
