Founder’s Associate (FORMA)

📋 Description

• Work directly with CEO on key growth decisions.
• Lead initiatives from hypotheses to scale, not just support.
• Own strategic planning: annual and quarterly cycles, prioritization.
• Manage metrics: unit economics, funnels, cohorts for transparency.
• Lead OKR process: design goals, planning, alignment, tracking.
• Own 3-5 cross-functional initiatives at once.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in demanding environments: consulting/strategy/investment/finance or fast-growth startups.
• Deep understanding of key metrics: unit economics, funnels, cohorts, ROI.
• Strong analytical skills; structure data and translate into strategic decisions.
• Experience building or optimizing planning, prioritization, execution processes.
• Ability to influence without formal authority; work with C-level leaders.
• English – Upper-Intermediate+.
