• Advanced or completed Bachelor/Master from top-tier business school
• Internship or work experience in startups or consulting
• Proactive, solution-oriented working style
• Strong analytical skills, top-down communication
• Excellent judgment and 80/20 prioritization
• Fluent in German and English
