📋 Description

• Project manage every workstream; ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive engineering/product roadmap; scope work and QA with eng.
• Run on metrics; own dashboards and data plumbing.
• Instill operational rigor; establish cadences and accountability.
• Automate workflows; build agent-first operating model.
• Scale processes 1→10; turn heroics into repeatable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior IC with 4-7 years at top startups or MBB-equivalents.
• Strong program management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Scope work with eng; QA and own roadmaps.
• Data-driven with dashboards/data pipelines (PostHog, HubSpot).
• AI-native mindset; comfortable with automation tools.
• Excellent communication; ownership in fast-paced 0-1 env.
