📋 Description

• Act as the CTO's right hand, bridging strategy and tech execution
• Own cross-functional projects; coordinate timelines and stakeholders
• Improve internal technical processes to boost speed and impact
• Align Product, Tech, Customer Success and other teams on tech efforts
• Own projects end-to-end from planning to measurable outcomes
• Prepare presentations, track KPIs, and handle day-to-day challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, or Business/Econ with tech passion
• Understand APIs and databases; speak the language of engineering
• Strong cross-functional comms; translate between engineers, PMs, stakeholders
• Analytical, outcome-driven; turn ideas and data into plans
• Highly organized; own projects end-to-end in a fast-growth environment
• Reliable, discreet; manage executive presentations and KPIs
