🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/International Business/Marketing
• 5+ years in founders sourcing, startup scouting or recruitment
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship ecosystems and cross-country recruitment
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience leading a founders scouting team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana
