Founding AI Platform Engineer (MLOps / Backend)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain infra for training, evaluating, deploying, serving, and monitoring ML models and
• Develop production backend services, APIs, and pipelines for recommendations, agent workflows, and
• Improve CI/CD, automated testing, release processes, rollback strategies, and environment
• Establish observability across health, model behavior, agent quality, latency, costs, and failure
• Build reproducibility and lifecycle management for models, prompts, datasets, configurations, and
• Support experimentation and measurement infrastructure for ML and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience building, deploying, and operating
• Proven experience with backend services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing
• Strong proficiency in Python and ability to work across backend services, infrastructure, tooling
• Good understanding of reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and infra cost
• Ability to collaborate effectively with ML and product teams and drive ambiguous technical work to
• Strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, and practical approach to strengthening systems.
