🎯 Requirements

• 0–4 years in analytical, fast-paced roles (startup/consulting).
• Extremely scrappy; top 1% in your field.
• Analytical/technical; comfortable with data; SQL or scripting a plus.
• Strong communicator; present findings to leadership.
• Owns the outcome; high agency and detail-oriented.
• Thrives in ambiguity; solves undefined problems across data and systems.
