• Own the post-sign technical lifecycle for enterprise accounts.

• Develop and own the technical path to production readiness.

• Own technical escalations end-to-end until resolution.
• Help build and codify the founding CE playbook.

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered enterprise post-sales implementations for Fortune 500 customers.
• Data engineering basics: APIs, data pipelines, latency.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering scope.
• Own technical escalations end-to-end and drive resolution.
• Communicate technical reality to executives clearly.
• Experience with TypeScript and API/data integration.
