• 2-4 years at MBB or PE value creation, promoted at least once.
• On the hook to move a number, not just advise.
• Walk into unfamiliar business and identify who really runs it in 2 weeks.
• Ask the tough, insightful questions others won't.
• Prefer owning a hard outcome over advising on ten.
• Bonus: experience with home/field services or EBITDA-focused sponsors.
