📋 Description

• Lead design for key product areas from discovery through launch
• Translate messy workflows into clear, intuitive product flows
• Produce high-quality UI and interaction design for core surfaces
• Design fast, precise, dependable experiences
• Build and maintain Mosaic’s design system and visual language
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience (or equivalent portfolio)
• Hands-on, scrappy, and deeply embedded in the product
• Strong information architecture and usability instincts
• Design for expert users and dense workflows
• High attention to UI, typography, and layout
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams
