• Proven experience building scalable, testable web/mobile apps.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and decision-making in evolving product env.
• Experience leading high-quality engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; autonomous ownership.
• Strong, collaborative leadership with a humble, energetic approach.
• Experience with Django and React is desirable; React Native a plus; Solidity/Ethereum a strong
