🎯 Requirements

New grad to ~5-6 years in ML research, language models, NLP, evals, RL, agentic systems, or model improvement
Evidence of technical depth via projects, papers, internships, or open-source work; systems experience a plus
Passion for applied research with real-world impact on workflows and patients
Healthcare experience helpful but not required; curiosity and rigor matter
