📋 Description

• Combine analytics and user research to identify user needs and drive product improvements.
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate technical effort and business impact.
• Own features end-to-end: framing problems to UI/UX, implementation and testing.
• Design user flows and high-fidelity screens in Figma, including IA and micro-interactions.
• Write clean, performant code on iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or backend (Go/Node.js).
• Identify key metrics to improve and own success for shipped features.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) with 4+ years.
• Product mindset with data-driven decisions, focusing on user needs and metrics.
• Prototype quickly and build production-grade systems.
• Strong UI/UX design skills; proficiency in Figma.
• Hyper-analytical; test hypotheses and use data to guide priorities.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
