📋 Description

• Sit with providers, payers, and ops teams to map auths and payments.
• Translate workflow observations into changes that ship quickly.
• Debug live customer issues across charts, payer portals, and EHR/PM systems.
• Identify workflow gaps that may not be bugs but hurt UX.
• Work with the CEO and engineering team from pilot to post-close expansion.
• Travel to customers when it improves product understanding and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack execution with backend bias; shipped real software
• Strong communication and product judgment; talk to customers and implement
• High ownership and urgency; shortest path from pain to working software
• Healthcare experience helpful but not required
• Curiosity, rigor, and taste matter more
