📋 Description

• Growth mechanisms: Lead magnets, micro products, tools and campaigns that bring syndicate leads and
• Partnerships: Co-investors, syndicate networks, accelerators and fund admins already talk to the
• Events: Pitch nights, GP-LP mixers and founder dinners for a community that backs everything from
• Referrals and repeat: Our existing customers already come back again and again. You'll build the
• Special projects: The founders' office gets the problems that matter and don't have an owner yet.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptionally sharp: At least a couple of years in a role that's trained you to think fast and
• A commercially minded builder: You love making things, and you think about who they're for and
• You build with AI: You ship things yourself rather than waiting for someone else to execute your
• Analytical and financially literate: You're comfortable with numbers, you can tell what's working
• Taste and creative flair: You know what will land with a sophisticated audience of investors and
• Fast-moving and self-directed: You make decisions without constant validation and you'd rather ship
