Founding Operations Engineer (Legal)

📋 Description

• Own post-close and deal legals: governance events, transfers, secondaries, distributions, and exits
• Handle legal reviews and escalations coming out of the operations team
• Automate workflows and build AI-powered solutions using tools like Claude Code
• Manage external counsel and decide what stays in-house vs. outsourced

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified legal professional with real deal legals experience in funds, corporate, or financial
• AI-pilled builder with evidence of creating concrete solutions using no-code tooling, scripts, or
• First principles thinker with strong commercial judgement at speed
• In the details, extremely on top of things, and able to operate autonomously
• Comfortable in a regulated business and willing to work in-person at least 3 days a week in London
