Founding Operations & Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Triage: Scope operational problems for engineering or build solutions yourself
• Reduce cost per deal through process optimization and automation
• Automate workflows using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) and build replacements without engineering
• Delete unnecessary processes and say no to non-scalable requests
• Lead the deal operations team and allocate their time effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building AI-driven solutions independently
• Founder, founding team, or product management experience (4+ years)
• Systems thinking: analyze processes to identify purpose and build minimal efficient systems
• Attention to detail with ability to manage complex systems end-to-end
• Strong numeracy: financial mechanics, mental arithmetic
• Regulated financial services background (fund admin, custody, payments, etc.) is a plus
