📋 Description

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google
• Develop a high-velocity testing engine across short-form video, UGC, founder-led creative, static
• Own and continuously improve the journey from advertising through landing pages, demos, trials, and
• Own campaign tracking, UTMs, pixels, events, conversion APIs, CRM campaign logic, attribution
• Design and execute continuous A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, creative, audiences
• Identify high-performing ICP signals, personas, use cases, pain points, messages, offers, and

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Proven experience personally managing and scaling approximately $50K-$250K+ per month in paid media
• Demonstrated ability to connect channel spend to downstream funnel performance, opportunity
• Deep hands-on experience building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, creative tests
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, LTV, CAC payback, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and
• Experience building and improving landing pages, forms, demo flows, or trial experiences with a
