📋 Description

• Lead design for Odin's customer experience ahead of the US launch
• Define product and brand identity; set design direction with founders
• Create design systems, practices and feedback loops to scale
• Prototype, test with customers, and translate learnings into production UI
• Turn complex, regulation-heavy workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with design, product and engineering to move fast

• Deeply user-centric: advocate for customers via interviews, data, and observation
• Exceptional in your craft: eye for composition, hierarchy, interaction and detail
• Systematic about discovery: build repeatable methods for learning from customers
• Clear and collaborative: write clearly, give engineers context to build as intended
• High agency: take initiative and push work forward with others
• Strong information architecture, interaction design and prototyping
