• 8+ years of product design experience.
• In-house experience with ownership of complete journeys.
• Portfolio with exceptional visual design and impact.
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, prototyping.
• Ability to ship high-quality work at pace.
• Strong systems thinking for end-to-end workflows.
