Founding Product Designer (UI/UX)

📋 Description

• Own the full design process from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate complex needs into intuitive, functional UIs.
• Work with founders, product managers, and engineers on vision and execution.
• Establish and own Lance’s design system across platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering for pixel-perfect front-end implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and product thinking (required).
• Experience in product design for complex B2B SaaS or enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Strong user-centered design principles.
• High ownership and bias for action; fast execution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React is a plus.
