Founding Product Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Own how we describe our product and why it matters; translate complex capabilities into clear
• Run product and feature launches end to end; partner with Product and Engineering on timing and
• Identify and test the channels that reach our audience; work on activation, onboarding, and
• Talk to users and customers regularly to understand their needs, objections, and mental models

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or a related role (e.g., product management
• Track record of launching products or features from start to finish, with strong writing and
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams to align on a single message.
