📋 Description

• Drive strategy via deep user insight: blend qualitative research with data.
• Own the lending funnel end-to-end: optimize UX, policy, pricing, segmentation.
• Build Short Term Credit from the ground up: define core hypotheses and early use cases.
• Own strategy and roadmap: translate goals into priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Work with AI tools (Claude) to speed hypothesis-to-signal workflows.
• Be part of a small, high-ownership team in Bengaluru.

🎯 Requirements

• Fintech or non-bank lending background strongly preferred.
• Data-driven with ability to run queries and build models.
• Systems thinker who builds explicit models and tests assumptions.
• Strong cross-functional communicator across credit, compliance, and engineering.
• Able to prioritise ruthlessly and own end-to-end product outcomes.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude) and rapid prototyping is a plus.
