• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth startup
• Proven success hiring technical talent across multiple functions
• Built from zero; enjoys creating systems, improving processes
• Outstanding closer who builds candidate trust
• Highly organized; manage multiple searches
• Excited to work in person in our San Francisco office
