• Own full-cycle recruiting processes from role kickoff and sourcing through interviews, offers, and
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, hiring plans
• Lead structured, high-signal interview processes that consistently uphold a strong talent bar.
• Proactively source senior engineers and technical talent across Europe and Latin America.
• Source Customer Success, Go-to-Market, and Product talent across the United States.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with ownership of full-cycle hiring.
• Demonstrated experience hiring founding or early engineering teams within an early-stage startup
• Successful experience recruiting talent across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
• Previous experience working within an early-stage U.S.-based technology startup or scale-up.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and confidence engaging senior and passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting technical talent is a strong advantage.
