• Own full-cycle recruiting for all Bangalore-based roles, from sourcing to close
• Scale interview processes in India, including plans, rubrics and assessments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and tailor hiring strategies
• Craft outreach and deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting Cartesia's culture
• Manage the interview process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, inclusive candidate journey
• Track hiring metrics and use data to refine processes and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in tech, GTM or business recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record sourcing exceptional talent and strong candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with evolving needs
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and a high bar for candidate experience
• Comfort with ambiguity and adapting quickly as we scale
• Bonus: experience recruiting at an AI-focused company
