Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)

📋 Description

• Own technical architecture and core systems from the ground up
• Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and
• Create context extractors to process sales calls, emails, internal docs, CRM states, and campaign
• Work closely with prompting, context management, memory, tool choice, and orchestration
• Connect GrowthBricks directly to existing GTM stack
• Decide where to leverage MCP, APIs, or open-source frameworks, and where custom solutions are worth

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic
• Demonstrated experience designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations
• Working knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool
• Practical understanding of modern GTM stacks (CRMs, enrichment tools, marketing automation) or
• Comfort working in zero-to-one environments with high technical autonomy
• Practical mindset valuing clear, simple solutions over unnecessary complexity
