Foward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Turn client requirements into transaction rules and event-driven workflows on the platform.
• Capture before/after evidence for review and replay by teammates or the client.
• Collaborate with client teams, explain technical decisions clearly.
• Investigate unfamiliar API contracts and client tooling to enable integrations.
• Debug issues in the client's platform and file clean reproductions to core engineering.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Python required; Go is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with rules engines/workflows or event-driven systems (CEL/Temporal).
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
• Experience in fintech, core banking, or regulated financial services.
• Prior core-banking or ledger experience.
• Comfort with AI-assisted/agentic development workflows.
