FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes.
• Assist with month-end close and management reporting.
• Maintain/update financial models and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and HR for forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years FP&A/Finance or similar analytical role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting or financial analysis.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with financial reporting and modelling.
• Experience with ERP, planning, or BI tools (NetSuite, Looker) is a plus.
