FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Entry-level FP&A role building foundation in corporate finance.
• Support monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management packs.
• Assist with maintaining financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly close processes and KPI dashboards.
• Learn from senior team members to grow FP&A skills.
• Travel to Nashville or designated location twice yearly.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years in finance, accounting, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Excel proficiency; strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication of financial data.
• Curiosity to learn SaaS business model and growth metrics.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Planful, Adaptive, or Anaplan is a plus.
