FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Financial Planning & Liquidity: Maintain cash flow forecasts across funding and ops.
• Data Analytics: Write, maintain and optimise SQL queries in Databricks; ensure data quality.
• Performance Reporting: Track actual vs budget; develop FP&A dashboards.
• Strategic Alignment: Provide ad hoc financial analysis for CFO and teams.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with Tech and Product to improve FP&A data infra.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in FP&A, commercial finance, data analytics, or similar.
• Part-qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA is a bonus.
• Strong SQL; expert Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiar with data viz tools (Databricks, Power BI, Looker) or Python.
• Analytical mindset; high accuracy; understand P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; can size materiality and communicate.
• Clear written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders.
