📋 Description

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping ensure plans are realistic and actionable
• Analyse performance drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiencies
• Contribute to forward-thinking financial insight — not just looking back, but helping shape what's
• Work with financial and operational data to create clear, actionable insights
• Support KPI reporting across the business, combining finance and system data
• Translate complex data into simple, meaningful recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Early in career with 2-3 years+ experience with some years from industry, not just consulting
• Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or building analytical career
• Comfortable working with data and keen to further develop technical skills
• Structured, organised approach and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset — looks beyond the numbers
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
