FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Support FP&A processes: forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
• Assist month-end close and management reporting packages.
• Maintain financial models, planning templates, and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports; variance analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and track KPIs.
• Support data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting automation; ad hoc analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years FP&A, Finance, Audit, or similar analytics role.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel; reporting and modelling experience.
• ERP/BI tools: NetSuite, Pigment, Looker; SQL basics a plus.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills; detect trends and variances; detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator; collaborate with finance and non-finance; manage multiple priorities.
