FP&A Analyst, Expense Management

📋 Description

• Support the preparation of monthly budget vs. actual analysis and assist with review sessions with
• Serve as primary liaison with Accounting to support monthly close activities, including purchase
• Support Corporate FP&A by assisting with the monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range
• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial and operating results, providing insights and
• Support the development of financial models and reporting to help meet business partner and
• Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and presentations for senior leadership and executive

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, expense operations, or FP&A.
• Familiarity with corporate platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment) a plus.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills and comfort working with high volumes of transactional and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
