🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Payroll, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with large datasets.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and discretion with sensitive data.
