FP&A Associate

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain forward-looking revenue, expense, profitability, and operational forecasts
• Partner with clinical site and functional leadership across the U.S. to understand business
• Support the company's long-range planning process, translating operational assumptions and
• Build scenario models that help leadership evaluate investments, resource needs, growth
• Analyze actual financial and operational performance against forecasts, budgets, and key
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clinical research data to evaluate study, site, and company performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on quantitative coursework, preferably Finance, Accounting
• 4–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, management
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial forecasts and translate business assumptions
• Experience analyzing large or complex datasets and distilling findings into actionable business
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and other resources to accelerate analysis, independently
