FP&A - Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Engage on projects with banks, insurers, and payments ecosystems.
• Prepare and cleanse datasets for model inputs.
• Support model runs by providing data and context.
• Validate regulatory data and reporting outputs.
• Translate regulatory rules into data, controls and reports.
• Manage large, complex financial datasets and traceability.
• Document business and functional requirements for data programs.
• Assist with automation of controls and data lineage artefacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (PRA, EBA, ECB, HKMA).
• Data gathering and cleansing for model inputs.
• Prepare datasets and run models for teams.
• Validate financial/regulatory data and reporting outputs.
• Interpret regulatory rules into data, controls and reporting outcomes.
• Experience with large, complex financial datasets and inter-dependencies.
• End-to-end data flows, lineage, and traceability.
• ICAAP/ILAAP risk methodology experience (desirable).
