📋 Description

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning.
• Analyze performance: budgets, trends, forecasts.
• Identify profitability levers and efficiency improvements.
• Lead annual planning, budget reviews, and forecasts.
• Build dashboards and monitor KPIs with stakeholders.
• Partner with operations to align projections and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with significant FP&A experience or CFA with accounting knowledge.
• 7+ years in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting (2+ in similar role).
• Proven business partnering with operational teams.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau.
• Translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Bilingual English and French (spoken and written).
