FP&A Finance Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Support the translation of enterprise and Finance strategy into clear, actionable plans across
• Create and implement new processes and tools to improve efficiency
• Oversee enterprise-level reporting and analytics, ensuring monthly and quarterly deliverables are
• Partner with Finance and Operations senior leaders, contributing insights that inform enterprise
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., automation, offshoring, operating model
• Develop and manage Managers and Analysts, fostering leadership depth and succession planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with strong preference for multifamily finance
• Proven track record building, managing, and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams
• Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets
• Experience supporting complex finance functions or business segments with the ability to influence
• Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate data-driven multifamily
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise
