🎯 Requirements

8+ years of progressive leadership experience
Proven track record building, managing, and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams
Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets
Experience supporting complex finance functions or business segments
Effective communication skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
