FP&A Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Understand client situations, simplify models, and implement client data in the environment
• Provide detailed analysis on budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting
• Manage, interpret, and validate customer data to improve service quality
• Recommend process changes to optimize procedures and outcomes
• Build long-term relationships with customers and gather reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in customer-facing roles with finance/accounting background
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex models
• Strong communication and relationship-building with CFOs, VPs, and finance leaders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Spanish fluency is a plus
